Nickell Robey a revelation for Buffalo Bills

Sunday at cold, wet, windy and raw Ralph Wilson Stadium, Robey had a day. He’s had a few of them, too, in an eye-catching rookie season that no one outside the confines of One Bills Drive could have possibly seen coming.

“I’m just blessed to be in this position right now,” he said after the Bills’ 19-0 decimation of the Miami Dolphins. “I’m happy to be here and to be able to play for the Bills.”

Robey sacked Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill twice and could have had two more, but he let Tannehill get away. He blew up Mike Wallace on a wide receiver screen which resulted in an incomplete pass. He had one other tackle for loss, and made four tackles in all.
