Wide Receiver Jasper Collins has signed a future/reserve contract with Pittsburgh Steelers. ?A product of Mount Union where he earned first team All Conference honors, Collins signed with the Miami Dolphins after the 2013 NFL Draft. ?He spent time with the Dolphins and Cleveland Browns during the 2013 season as a Practice Squad member.
