Dale serves as the Chief Executive of Operations & is a Player Agent for KMM Sports. After a baseball career cut short due to injury he began a career in financial services until he was tapped in 2014 to join the KMM team. His primary role is to recruit, guide, and develop our athletes through the process of being an amateur seeking to sign a professional contract and aiding in that transition to being a successful one. Through his leadership the organization has seen a significant increase in the quality and reach of the mission of KMM Sports to help our players engage success in all areas of life.
Justin “JT” Stevenson serves as General Counsel for KMM Sports, and currently represents multiple athletes playing professional baseball. JT was born and raised in McKinney, TX and received scholarship opportunities to play baseball in college including West Virginia University, McLennan Community College, and East Central University. JT was recognized as one of the top returning Junior College Players in the country as a team captain of the 2015 National JuCo Runner-Up McLennan Highlanders. JT believes his calling is to help other athletes reach their goals on and off the field. To do that, JT attended Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar and received his J.D. and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2020. JT will take the NFLPA exam in 2021 to represent players in the NFL.
Sydney is the Executive Assistant of Marketing, Operations and Legal Affairs. As a former NCAA softball athlete and a current Vanderbilt Law Student (May 2021 graduate), Sydney brings to KMM proven experience in building organizations, operational excellence, precision execution, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Sydney is passionate and excited to help KMM clients reach their fullest potential throughout their careers and beyond.
Scott Williams is an author, speaker, strategist and international consultant. As the CEO and Chief Solutions Officer of NxtLevel Solutions, Scott and his team consult with some the largest and most influential churches, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies in the world in guiding them to solutions that instill leadership and foster growth.
Prior to his founding of NxtLevel Solutions, Scott served as one of the key leaders and Campus Pastors at LifeChurch. Scott has been featured on many prominent “best of” lists in some of the nation’s most respected publications. Those lists include being number five on the Top 100 Christian Leaders to follow, Top 25 Diversity Professionals, Top 30 Leadership Blogs, Top 15 Leadership Experts, Top 100 Employee Engagement Expert and Top 500 CEO’s in The World. Taylor serves as KMM’s Director of Digital Content. Originally from Yukon, Oklahoma while spending time in Missouri and West Texas. Taylor’s background is in ministry, leadership development, music, and event production. In 2018 he followed his passion for videography, photography, and digital editing, eventually launching his own company. Taylor joined the KMM Family in 2021, bringing his creative talents to a team that shares his purpose and values.
